The lakeside views from the Japanese-style twin room were impressive, providing a lovely backdrop. The onsen was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, and the limited power outlets were inconvenient.

I had a great stay! The room was Japanese style with tatami mats and had an awesome view of the lake. I loved watching the fireworks from my room. The onsen was super relaxing, especially after a busy day. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection, too! 😊

Mountain views from the Twin Room are impressive, providing a scenic backdrop that enhances the stay. The onsen experience offers late-night access, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Limited English proficiency among staff created communication problems, impacting the overall experience. Breakfast reservations required a day in advance, which seemed unnecessary given the under-utilized buffet. The onsen hours are inconvenient as it closes for cleaning in the morning, restricting use when there’s little to do in the area.

Couple getaway with some hiccups
The view from the room was just fine, sitting on the 7th floor, watching those fireworks, pure magic! & The onsen was alright for a quick dip, even if the bugs were a bit bothersome outside.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still fair for the experience i guess.

7/10
The lakeside view? Just stunning, y’all! Mornin’ coffee on that balcony while watchin’ the world wake up was pure bliss. The onsen was bigger than I thought, and a real treat after a long day. Food's alright, but I reckon they could jazz it up more. Room was comfy, but bless your heart, it’s a bit aged.

The Japanese-style room with lake views was so cozy, making it perfect for enjoying the evening fireworks from my balcony. I loved the outdoor bath and the full-body massage at the onsen. they really helped me unwind! The only downside was that the onsen could get a bit crowded during peak times, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊
